Every fertility journey is unique. Everyone has different goals, circumstances and bodies. By telling us a little bit more about yourself below we can help you find treatment options and information that is relevant to you. In vitro Fertilisation (IVF)
IVF can be used to overcome a wide range of challenges that may otherwise make it difficult to conceive naturally. By combining the eggs and sperm in our laboratory we can create the optimal environment for fertilisation to occur. This can be helpful for patients using donated eggs or sperm, for those with known fertility issues such as low sperm count, or for those making use of previously frozen eggs or sperm.
PGT-A Genetic Screening
For some groups of patients, the ability understand the genetic health of an embryo prior to embryo transfer allows for increased pregnancy rates and reduced risk of miscarriage, contributing the likelihood of a healthy pregnancy. Preimplantation Genetic Screening (PGS), also known as Preimplantation Genetic Screening for Aneuploidy (PGT-A) screens the chromosomal makeup of an embryo. This can be particularly beneficial for those with unexplained or recurrent miscarriage or implantation failure, or older patients. These groups are at particular risk of producing embryos with an abnormal number of chromosomes, known as aneuploid embryos.
Recurrent Miscarriage Clinic
Our Recurrent Miscarriage Clinic aims to understand and overcome the causes of recurrent miscarriage. By using advanced investigations and analysis we aim to understand the possible causes of previous pregnancy loss or failed implantation. Using that understanding we can create a plan which makes every possible effort to ensure a successful pregnancy. Alongside the medical expertise, the Recurrent Miscarriage Clinic provides enhanced personal and emotional support throughout the journey to pregnancy. Our Recurrent Miscarriage Clinic provides the best possible chance of understanding and overcoming recurrent miscarriage.
IVF with Donated Eggs
Using Donor Eggs in the IVF process provides even more people the opportunity to create a family of their own. There are lots of reasons why someone might need to use donated eggs in their IVF journey; perhaps they underwent medical treatment earlier in life which impacted their fertility, perhaps underlying health issues has resulted in early menopause or perhaps they are in a same sex relationship. Whatever the reason for using donor eggs in IVF, the results are incredible. Donated Eggs help people create something truly special.
