About the Prize

A fertility assessment is a comprehensive series of tests designed to evaluate your reproductive health and fertility potential. It typically includes hormone blood tests, ultrasound scans, and/or semen analysis, followed by a specialist consultation to review your results. This assessment is often the first step in a fertility journey, helping to identify any underlying factors and guide the most appropriate next steps for your care. CRGH’s fertility assessment packages provide detailed, clinically reliable insights to support informed decision-making and personalised treatment planning.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health (CRGH) (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of CRGH, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The competition will run during The Fertility Show on 16–17 May 2026 only.
3.2 Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, participants must complete the official competition entry form at the CRGH stand during The Fertility Show.
4.2 Only one entry per person is permitted.
4.3 No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

5. Prize Details

5.1 Winners will receive one of the following fertility assessment packages:

• Female Fertility Assessment (£575)
  Includes ovarian reserve testing (FSH, Estradiol, AMH blood tests), a vaginal ultrasound (antral follicle count), and an initial consultation.
• Male Fertility Assessment (£345)
  Includes semen analysis assessing sperm quality, movement, count, and related parameters, and an initial
  consultation.
• Female & Male Couple Fertility Assessment (£695)
  Includes ovarian reserve testing and semen analysis for both partners, and an initial consultation.
• Female Couple Fertility Assessment (£990)
  Includes ovarian reserve testing for both partners, and an initial consultation.
• Male Couple Fertility Assessment (£500)
  Includes semen analysis for both partners, and an initial consultation.

5.2 The specific prize awarded will be determined by the Promoter and is non-transferable.
5.3 No cash alternative or substitute will be offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
6.2 Winners will be notified via the contact details provided within 14 days of the competition closing date.
6.3 If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Conditions

7.1 All assessments must be booked and completed within 6 months of the date of winner notification.
7.2 Appointments are subject to availability at CRGH clinic, 230-232 Great Portland St, London W1W 5QS.
7.3 Winners may be required to undergo a medical suitability assessment prior to testing.

7.4 The prize does not include any additional treatments, medications, or follow-up procedures unless explicitly stated.

8. Medical Disclaimer

8.1 The fertility assessments are diagnostic only and do not guarantee any specific medical outcome.
8.2 Participation in the assessment is subject to CRGH’s clinical policies and patient consent procedures.

9. Data Protection

9.1 By entering the competition, entrants agree that their personal data will be processed by CRGH for the purposes of
administering the competition.
9.2 Entrants may also opt in to receive marketing communications, which they can unsubscribe from at any time.
9.3 All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. General

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if necessary.
10.2 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
